HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Every personalised piece is made by hand, so it won't arrive quite as quickly as something taken from the shelf. Mini Me frames currently take 6-8 weeks. Turnaround times for knitwear can vary, so you'll find the current estimate on each product page.

CAN I CHOOSE THE COLOURS AND DETAILS?

Yes. Depending on the piece, you'll be able to choose details such as skin tone, hair, clothing, yarn colours, names and finishing touches. The available options will be shown on the product page before you order.

HOW DOES MADE-TO-ORDER KNITWEAR WORK?

You'll begin by reserving a custom space with a £30 deposit. We'll then chat about your ideas, colours, size and budget before I begin making. Your deposit is deducted from the final balance.

CAN I SEND YOU A KNIT I ALREADY OWN?

Yes. If you already have a suitable cardigan or jumper, you can send it to me to be embroidered or decorated. Contact me before ordering so I can check that the knit will work with your chosen design.

WHO MAKES MY ORDER?

Me! I'm Rachel, and I design and finish every Evie & Co piece from my home in Kent. I'll also be the person replying to your messages and keeping you updated along the way.
