Pre-made items will be shipped within 1-3 business days by Royal Mail. Made to order items wil be dispatched within 2-4weeks.
Free shipping for orders over £50.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the items. Please get in contact if you wish to arrange a return. No returns policy on custom orders.

Submerge the toy in soapy water and gently rub with a soft cloth to cleanse. For best results allow to air dry flat.
