How to Order
1) Select the number of slots required (one slot per knit)
2) Fulfil your **£30 deposit payment through the website. Please ensure your shipping address is confirmed at checkout.
3) I will reach out to you via email to discuss your design**, colour preferences and final pricing. Don't worry, if you have a budget in mind, this will be factored into the design. I can help with inspiration too if needed. I can provide the knit - from one of my fabulous hand knitters (up to age 8 years) - or you can send in your own. This will be discussed and priced when discussing your order.
** Please note I will not create Disney or certain trademarked characters (please message if you'd like to chat about this before ordering)
4) Once the design and pricing have been agreed, I will send out a final invoice for the rest of the payment. I will begin working on your knit once this payment has been received and I have received your knitted item. Turnaround time is approximately 6-8 weeks.

Please note - the deposit is non-refundable.
Pricing Guide
The £30 deposit price will be deducted from the total price. The total price will be provided and confirmed before I start work on your knit. Here are some examples of the final pricing mapping.
£50 - £60 - Level 1 - Simple designs (e.g. minimal wording, one applique)
£60 - £75 - Level 2 - Larger designs (e.g. some wording, one/two appliques with some more detail)
£75 - £95 - Level 3 - More detailed and intricate designs and some character knits.
£95+ - Level 4 - Fully intricate designs (front and back), multiple characters, etc.

How the custom slot works
Your £30 payment reserves one custom knit space and will be deducted from the final price.
After ordering, I'll contact you by email to discuss the size, colours, design and budget. I can source a hand-knitted garment for you, or we can discuss decorating a suitable knit that you already own.
Design and final price
Design and final price
Every custom knit is priced individually according to its size, design and level of detail. We'll agree the full design and total price together before I begin.
Once everything is confirmed, I'll send an invoice for the remaining balance. Work will begin after the balance has been paid and I have received the knitted garment.
Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround and delivery
Custom knitwear currently takes approximately 6-8 weeks to create. This timeframe begins once the design has been agreed, the final balance has been paid and the knitted garment is ready for me to work on.
If you need your order for a particular date, please contact me before reserving a slot.
Cancellations and important information

Custom orders are designed and made specifically for you. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel.
Any refund will be considered in line with my refund policy and any design work, materials or making time already committed. This does not affect your statutory rights if your finished item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
I'm unable to recreate Disney or other trademarked characters, but I'm happy to explore an original design inspired by a theme, colour palette or storybook feeling.
